“I would definitely recommend MF. I had a rattan table which had unusually damaged in the heat. They have replaced and assembled FOC. It was unfortunate as the the quality of their furniture is excellent. Paul and Pete the delivery men were polite, professional and efficient, a credit to the company.”

“The delivery guys (Leon and i can’t remember sorry) were absolutely lovely, super friendly, couldn’t do enough to help me out as i was feeding my baby when they arrived, great service. I’ve only marked down as i was expecting a call from the central team in advance of delivery to confirm dates/service available (unpack etc) but didn’t receive it. Im not particularly bothered but the expectation was there.”

“Pete and Paul delivered furniture to our beach house today. Great service, friendly and no complaints despite 75mph winds offshore at the nearby Needles. This is the second moda delivery this year and we still highly rate the service. Keep it up.”

“We had the Moda ARC 14 rattan set delivered and installed. Beautiful, sturdy and well made rattan set. The quality speaks for itself. The installation team Mark & Brian were very professional, provided a demonstration of the gas fire pit dining table and removed all packaging from site.”

“Delivery prompt, efficient and courteous by Pete and Paul (Moda). Product very good and well designed & constructed. We reported a faulty armchair foot and Moda has despatched a replacement. We are awaiting delivery from a third party courier APC overnight who so far have failed to deliver on time and day stated with no communication except for a further delivery slot, we still await delivery. If Moda want to maintain their excellent levels of customer care they need to be careful to choose the right partners to uphold their levels of service.”

“A little bit disappointed with the delay in getting furniture took over four months to be delivered, we had to contact to them to let us know that there was a delay,I understand Covid and Brexit Issues but a simple courtesy call would have been nice?But when it did arrive was very pleased with the delivery guys Pete & Paul really helpful and cheerful and did a good job installing it all”
