“Love the furniture it’s great. Looks brilliant. On the telephone order line both ladies I spoke to were very helpful. You kept me up to date on the delivery times and delivered the furniture early brilliant. The guys who delivered the furniture , Andy and Kain, were very friendly, polite and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more but they even gave us a few tips to put the furniture together. Thank you guys the tips were useful.”

“Having only spoken with Moda by telephone Jason T the delivery driver displayed exemplorary customer service skills on a face to face basis, reflecting all the values of your company. He was very careful unloading the furniture and despite his long day was extremely polite and friendly and very knowledgable of the products.”

“Good quality furniture. Slight delay to scheduled delivery dates but the delivery guys arrived on time on the day and (Lewis and Damien) were very helpful when bringing in and setting up. Thank you.”

“Andy and Kain were prompt and right on time for the delivery. They were polite, curtious and efficient with the delivery. In fact a pleasure to meet them. The best delivery team I have experienced. A really good job done. Thanks again to the both of them.”

“Paul and Pete were our delivery guys who also put together the furniture on arrival…in the pouring rain but nothing but a smile and great customer service. Looking forward to some better weather so we can actually use it.”

“We were very pleased with your product, Salone table and chairs, the service provided in your Manchester showroom, the communications before delivery and the delivery itself by Andy and Kain who were very helpful. We found assembly instructions easy to follow and execute and are looking forward to using our new garden furniture which is smart, contemporary and comfortable with a 7 year guarantee which gives us every confidence. Thank you!”

“Corner set at a great price from the start Matt was extremely helpful and today went above and beyond to make sure to deliver the set as agreed even though had some van issues many thanks to Andy and Matt great customer service.”

“Jason T and Darren S were such courteous and helpful delivery drivers. Couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you, guys. The overall experience is only 4 star as one of our chairs is scuffed and so we are waiting to hear from Miss about a replacement”

“My Moda U-shaped sofa arrived today and I am thrilled with it. Jason T, arrived at the exact time he had given me. Unfortunately for Jason T his co-worker had phoned in sick. Not only that my delivery was at the back of the van so he had to unload the whole van on his own. I did say he could leave it but nothing was too much trouble for him. He was polite, very helpful and extremely customer focused. He is an asset to Moda who make wonderful furniture. I would definitely recommend Moda Furnishings and hope you get a delivery driver as Nice and helpful as Jason T. Thank you Moda”

“Customer service good however the quality control has been abysmal😡 the cushions on my sofa were delivered filthy and stained and one was completely the wrong size to fit my sofa. This on top of other issues with this order has resulted in one very unhappy customer. This furniture cost well over £3000, I’m left feeling extremely disappointed.”
