“Excellent experience throughout. Love my garden furniture. Problem with 2 cushions damaged in transit. Moda are sending me out replacements. Very professional company. Delivery guys great”

“The lads who delivered my furniture Leon and Colin were so helpful and friendly. They explained which piece was in which box. I was v impressed with their friendly and courteous manner. The price was good as the furniture is excellent quality.”

“Anthony and Louis were great on Monday...and stayed until 9.30pm to put up our furniture. Really friendly guys (Anthony even gave me a bag of wine gums). I hope they deliver our remaining set. There are a few little issues but the team are on it. The dining set looks great, just need it to stop raining now!”

“Very easy online ordering process. Great customer service when called to enquire about delivery timings and questions about the product. Louis & Anthony call up prior to delivery, arrived when they said, quickly set up the furniture with a friendly manner.”

“James an John arrived yesterday to deliver the Ledbury corner sofa. They were very quick to assemble it, and show me how to operate the gas fire. The were some traffic issues, which also affected another delivery, but James and John were able to find an alternative route (unlike the other delivery, which was moved to the next day) such that they were actually only a few minutes off their intended scheduled time. They called to let me know of the potential delay, even though it was only marginal. In general the process was easy and smooth; I was also glad to have chosen the option to take away all the packaging, so my garden was left perfectly tidy.”
