“I had my Patio furniture delivered today. It was on time, unpacked, and set up with all packaging removed. This was done by Mark and Brian, both a credit to your company in both there politeness and professionalism. Thank them again for me and it is this sort of customer service that will make me both recommend and buy from to again Thankyou Michael Cooke MBE”

“We are really happy with our garden furniture. It did take quite a while to arrive, but considering the pandemic it’s to be expected. But Moda always kept us informed and from the delivery guys to after sales team they have been brilliant. We had a couple of glitches on the product, buy just an e mail and the team got straight back to me and sorted it out. Highly recommend.”

“Fantastic product with excellent customer service. Louis a abs Anthony who delivered my furniture are a credit to the company. They contacted me with an estimated time and then kept me informed as they were delayed by traffic diversion.”

“We took delivery a few days ago of our Ledbury order #3000028208. This is our second purchase of your excellent garden furniture following our purchase #700000590 in 2016/17 of an 8 seat oval dining set with Eton chairs. As before the whole experience was most professional and we were very satisfied by the advice and service from Louise and Antony at your Caterham showroom. The furniture is good quality and has attracted favourable comments from friends who are planning to visit Caterham to take a look round now that it is reopening!”
