“So far so good. The order process was simple and the items were delivered on time. The delivery team unloaded the items and placed them where we asked. The furniture looks good, so let’s see how it lasts - I hope a long time given the price.”

“Had a delivery this morning (22.01.21) of part of a large order. Rob & Mike arrived on time, were thoroughly pleasant and professional, and I'm extremely pleased with the product and the service. Cannot recommend them enough!”

“We ordered some outdoor furniture and everyone that helped us over the phone was very helpful, friendly and professional. Maria sent the quote quickly to us and we were able to change things around without hassle. Very good customer service so far. We’re looking forward to receiving our furniture soon!”

“We travelled over 100 miles to visit the Moda showroom last October 2020, were impressed with the quality and placed an order, paying a considerable amount in full. Most of the order arrived in November, but the key piece ( being the table) was missing. Assured we would get it in December. We are still without a table, we never receive any updates or courtesy calls and have now been told it will be end of March before delivery. Extremely unimpressed with after sales service.”

“I love the in house service teams from customer questions ( I had a lot ) to the Moda delivery and fitting staff. They know the products inside out and give first hand advice on all aspects, nothing is too much trouble. The quality is outstanding and the low maintenance element means I use my garden way more than I ever did.”
