“Super efficient, went in browsing first thing one morning and the chosen furniture was delivered by lunchtime the same day. Excellent quality and service and all staff were extremely helpful. Rob and James the delivery guys were great. They arrived when they said they would and were very polite and considerate when making the delivery. Highly recommend!”

“Great company to deal with. Ordering easy. Products very sturdy (so far) and look great. Customers services excellent and delivery by the very pleasant & professional Rob & John was smooth. They noticed an issue with the lazySusan which they reported to Customer Service and it will hopefully be resolved. 3rd order I’ve placed. Highly recommend.”

“I had a problem 'Talked to customer services about the requirement and product. They forgot to mention that the feature did not come with a water reservoir.' We have talked the problem through, Moda has explained elements of the design, changes they have put in place to their processes, procedures to stop this from reoccurring. I am impressed with Moda in how they have supported and followed up on this order to ensure I am happy with the final outcome. I would purchase from Moda Furnishings again.”

“Whilst it was disappointing that the table top I bought earlier this year had developed a fault, I can't fault the service I received. Moda quickly organised the fitting of a replacement table top and the switch was scheduled only a couple of days later. Leon and Nyle arrived promptly, did the switch really quickly and took all the packaging away! Friendly guys and did a great job. Thanks Moda”
