Very professional, courteous and friendly delivery by Terry and Craig. Sofa set is first class! Ordering process in Milton Keynes store was very efficient.

Love the quality of the furniture and customer service has been great, topped off by a great delivery today by Pete and Paul. They did as I was promised by customer service, we’re really courteous and did a great job. Thank you!

Great delivery service by Damien B and Lewis C. On time as scheduled and carried to back garden as requested , even lifting over the high fence when wouldn’t fit through the gate!

The furniture looks good but on inspection the welding of the frame is poor at one point it misses the steel tube other than that I am happy with it and the delivery drivers both Dave B and Steve D were friendly helpful and efficient very happy with them

Even though the wait was 4 months, Pete and Paul were lovely. Ready professional and helpful. Always great customer service from Moda which is why I use them again and again.

Great team (Pete&Paul ) arrived promptly after a courtesy call to let me know when they were coming.. set the new table top up and they informed me of what they had done. Thank you boys

Very happy with our new storage box its great quality and easily fits all of our cushions with room to spare. Thanks to the delivery team Mark and Brian who arrived on time and gave good advice on assembly 👍

I ordered 2 fire pit sets from moda earlier this year and it arrived last week. The sets look fantastic and Mark and Brian did a great job installing and explaining everything we needed to know

The 12-14 week manufacturing slot extended to 19 weeks but on arrival Mark & Brian were polite, tidy and efficient when delivering and assembling our garden furniture.

After a 13+ month wait for replacement cushions and a request for a senior member to contact me so that I may go through my torrid experience with them did not happen (I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours) so I had little choice other than to leave a negative review. Within an hour of leaving that review I had a response from Mr Bell - Head of Customer Services at Moda Furnishings Ltd Interestingly Mr Bell’s use of ‘genuinely required’ in his final paragraph of his published response is revealing. I didn’t receive an email in May as he says, I did however receive one from him on 8 February stating that my cushions that were due “by the end of February” are now expected at the “end of April.” It goes on to say that “I will also ensure we update you..”. April passed and in early May, I was forced to be proactive and follow this up as updates were never forthcoming throughout the 13+ months period. There were more missed deadlines of “mid- late May”, then specifically the “3 June.” I waited patiently until 14 June before getting in touch yet again. Although I can fully appreciate their reasons for delays (no matter how frustrating they are), it is the complete lack of communication that’s at fault here. If Moda had simply kept me abreast of developments it would have been alright. I never received updates and all I could see from their website reviews were 5 star reviews from new customers who had received their fresh orders. It makes one wonder? The icing on the cake is Mr Bell’s final sentence: “I will of course give you a call later today to discuss your experience in full.” The fact I’m still waiting for that call the following day speaks volumes. Looks accommodating on a response to a review though!!
