“Excellent speedy service, good communication throughout. Leon and Nyle messaged the night before to let us know what time the delivery would be. The corner sofa, armchair and coffee table unit we ordered looks great, really pleased with it!”

“Delivery drivers - Leon and Nyle - we’re very helpful and friendly. We did have an issue with the item - a few scuffs and marks on it - but Lisa in Customer Services resolved to my satisfaction promptly without any issue. Would recommend and would shop with them again.”

“Visited the showroom in Cheltenham and the salesman was really helpful. The furniture we ordered arrived quickly and is of great quality. There were two very small problems which were rectified quickly and easily. We recently added a storage box for our cushions which arrived on the time and day specified and the two delivery drivers, Rob & John, were so helpful carrying it down steps in the garden to exactly where we needed it to be and saving me from doing so with a recently broken foot! I highly recommend this company, their products and staff.”

“It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Moda, every team member we’ve spoken to has been friendly efficient and helpful, especially Louis and Anthony our delivery team. Whilst we had minor issue with a couple of items they were dealt with professionally and to our complete satisfaction. I’d definitely recommend this company and products.”

“Having paid extra for the installation service we were very impressed with this element. Delivery and installation team very helpful and quick. Leon and Nyle very professional and helpful from beginning to end. Is a shame the same cannot be said for the overall customer service which unfortunately has been lacking in communication with massive delays from the original order and we have had to chase the status a number of times. Have left 5 stars for the installation team otherwise would be 2 or 3”

“I bought the Arc sofa for my garden. Beautiful sofa really well made and looked Amazing on my circular patio. Had a problem with a bit of the rattan coming away and contacted customer services who resolved the problem without any fuss. Would highly recommend this company for garden furniture.”
