“Matt and Dave were brilliant . They couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a call this morning then a follow up call to give me 30 mins notice. The guys were really helpful placed my furniture where I wanted it even helping me decide and offering advice and ideas. They were very patient with me as well. I felt like nothing was too much trouble. It was the best delivery service I have had in a long time. Thank you Matt and Dave a credit to the Moda team Many thanks Nicola Bagguley”

“Dave met me and was so welcoming , such a lovely person and made me feel very welcome. I was undecided and Dave advised and helped me choice the absolutely perfect furniture for me. Then i met Matt and Gary who made me again very very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Their help and advice was exceptional and they were very patient with me and gave me the best advice. Delivery and set up from Matt and Dave was again exceptional first class, helped me pick the perfect spot Couldn’t recommend you guys more. Thank you so much for everything you did for me today, from purchasing at 9 this morning to being in my garden this afternoon. The best service ever.”

“Rob and Jason the delivery guys were very helpful and carefully carried the furniture round to the back garden. They explained how to easily and safely put the table together. Very happy with our table and chairs.”

“Delighted with our new Halo sofa from Moda . Great quality and very pleased with the customer service - the contact centre were efficient and the delivery by Lewis and Damien - nothing too much trouble . Looking forward to some sunshine to get out and lounge!”

“Lovely furniture, very pleased with the style and quality. Only didn’t give 5 stars as we were buying another item for our set purchased last August and the price has increased 240% (£175 to £420) for an extra centre seat. Not impressed with this price hike but obviously didn’t have much choice in order to match the set. Delivery guys Terry and Mark K arrived promptly within the time slot and very polite and helpful.”

“Gorgeous furniture, looks amazing quality and the service was outstanding. Delivery was between 6-10 weeks and it came in 5 weeks. Jason G and Richard W who delivered it and put it all together we’re so lovely and efficient, they explained everything and couldn’t have been more helpful!”
