“The team at Moda were amazing. We rang up on Monday to say our ratan table was damaged and by Thursday we had a replacement delivered under guarantee couldn’t fault their service. Delivered with a smile and friendly nature by Lewy & Dave. Thanks lads.”

“Excellent customer service with reliable communication. Really helpful both in the shop (Caterham branch) and over the phone. Delivery arrived within the given time window and they called half an hour before arrival. Colin was friendly and worked hard to get the set up in good time. Helpful verbal instructions provided. “The furniture arrived today, less than a week after ordering and I couldn't be more pleased. Being a bit hesitant to order online, without viewing the furniture in person, I am very happy with the quality of both the furniture and cushions. Colin, the delivery driver, called me ahead of arriving as promised. I paid for the unpacking service and Colin was very helpful in getting the furniture in the garden with tricky access and moving plant pots! He also set it up exactly as I wanted it and demonstrated how the table works - changing it from coffee table to dining table. Thank you, Colin! All in all a great experience.”

“Leon and Nike were excellent - very prompt delivery and they kept me informed about when they would arrive. Very satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, a small part from one of the legs of my item was damaged but I am assured by Moda that this can be replaced.”

“The young men at the warehouse were very helpful Pip was really kind and helped demonstrate how to store furniture.Ashame I wasn’t able to purchase cover from the warehouse at same time saving me a trek across the other side of town only to find they ordered online . Terry and Colin were equally helpful both helping set up the furniture and help answer any questions. Hoping to receive an answer as to an odd cushion on one of the sofas? I know two new potential customers are intending a visit re further purchases based on my experience. Thankyou boys !”
