“Aaron and Theo were great in sorting the delivery of my replacement lounger. They carried everything into the garden for me, checked I was happy that everything matched ok and even checked whether my other faulty lounger could be replaced (it was a ‘no’ from customer services). Really prompt and professional service. Thank you!”

“Another excellent service from Moda. Delivery arrived a bit ahead of the advised scheduled time and I was kept up to date about that. Mark and Brian delivered and set everything up swiftly and very efficiently including building the storage box. Highly recommend Moda, have. Wen very impressed with all aspects of their service from ordering to delivery every time and this is our third purchase”

“Delivery and installation service were absolutely first class. Arrived early, built beautifully and didn’t leave until every detail was taken care of and a small issue resolved. Paul & Pete absolutely amazing. This is the service all companies should aspire to!!”

“The delivery guys Mark C and Darren S where great but I am not sure why I paid fir set up when all they had to do was take the chairs out of the boxes with no assembly needed. Also delays in delivery despite commitment on website to 6-8 weeks delivery. Actual was 11 weeks although I appreciated £125 refund”

“Just had our outdoor furniture delivered by Danny N and Mark C. They arrived on time with a 30 minute notification prior to arrival as arranged. Delivery and installation was very fast and Danny and Mark cleared up all the mess and packaging. Very impressed with the whole delivery service. The sofas are really comfy - seems better than when we tried them in the shop. The ordering, delivery and installation have been faultless and we even had delivery 2 weeks before the estimated date. Highly recommended.”
