“We took delivery of our furniture yesterday. Although we have yet to open any of the boxes I have to say we have been impressed with the service we have received to date. The sales team were very helpful and the delivery drivers (Louis & Anthony) were fantastic. They called with an eta, were extremely polite and friendly and brought the numerous boxes round to the back garden; checking that I was happy and advising me with regards to leaving them boxed up until we are ready to assemble.”

“Fantastic customer service from start to delivery. Always responded to emails with any questions I had and delivery was made on time. Delivery team was Louis and Anthony who were very efficient with pre delivery calls as well as on the day delivery time slot. Highly recommend from my personal experience.”

“All along we can only say how good both the products and companies staff have been. This was a second order for a table and chairs. We had previously purchased a set of Allegro reclining sofa chair/ Day bed Sun loungers , we’re so pleased with the products we decided on the Four person Square Dining table and Turnbury Chairs. We also had the small storage chest that easily stores all the cushions in a waterproof environment.We were originally spoke to, by Joe Bell, we think , customer services who explained what the delay was re the table and chairs. She advised of new time scales and confirmed by email the plan. Daniel contacted us from customer delivery , on the agreed date, confirming the delivery. The delivery team Leon and John arrived on time ,after a phone call advising how long they would be, and constructed the table, positioned it where required, with the chairs. Like all staff friendly and polite. Again , very pleased with the product. Can thoroughly recommend both company and products.”
