“Received our new roof garden furniture yesterday and it looks fantastic. The delivery drivers, Jason and Florian, were great and didn't once complain about carrying the furniture upstairs and setting it up. Looking forward to the weather brightening up to use it!”

“Pete and Paul were excellent. We had an exchange of 8 chairs and they helped unpack the boxes, ensured the contents were in perfect condition and took away all the packaging (we’d been left with a huge amount of cardboard from the first delivery). Couldn’t be happier!”

“My delivery arrived today and I’m so happy with the bistro set . Really lovely , comfortable chairs and great quality. The whole shopping experience has been so professional . Although we had a long wait for our order to come in to stock , it arrived as scheduled and the delivery arrangements were excellent , the men who delivered it today were amazing .. thank you .”

“I was a bit nervous at ordering my garden furniture during lockdown (without seeing it first!) but I am really happy with the set that has arrived in my first delivery! Excellent customer service from Henrietta Upton, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and who advised me expertly. Delivery from Jason T and Mark K was also really personable and efficient. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Everything unpacked, demonstrated and cross checked against my order. Very happy so far!”

“We have just been to the Manchester showroom to order our furniture. Louisa guided us through the process and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, but there was no pressure selling. All in all a very positive experience.”
