“Customer service was very professional from the start. Received delivery earlier then expected which was great and very happy with the furniture so far. Delivery from Leon and John was excellent. Speedy and professional. Would definitely use this company again.”

“So far the service we’ve received from Moda has been great - I ordered by telephone and the two ladies I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful - now I’m hoping that customer service carries on with the furniture arriving in the time stated and erected by the deliver drivers with no problems”

“Very good quality furniture. We ordered a fire pit table and the instructions were useless so I had to figure everything out myself. It works fine though and is a nice feature. Better instructions are required though. Very happy overall with the purchase. Be prepared for a long lead time. The delivery guys Terry and Lewis were good.”

“Our furniture was delivered and installed on Friday by Jason and Mark K. They called when they were on their way and we’re both very pleasant men. They showed us how to use the gas fire pit and how to clip / un clip the furniture. The furniture seems well made and looks great. We ordered the corner sofa, fire pit and 4 stool set.”

“Matt and Paul delivered and set up our furniture. They did a fantastic job! We had a message advising arrival time, just ahead of the delivery window, they then getting our furniture set up just right, taking to explain features to us. Thank you so much - we are delighted!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order over the phone was straightforward. Delivered on time and mark and Brian who delivered were very professional, polite and very careful with the furniture. Would def recommend and would use again”

“Damion and Barry were very professional and courteous, calling well ahead of time to keep us informed. Very efficient and respectful of property, clearing up fully after installation. Took the time to go through use of equipment and check everything was as expected & address minor issues quickly and satisfactorily.”

“Paul & Pete delivered our furniture on time with a friendly manner they set about putting it all together efficiently checking for damage etc. They took all packaging materials away with them which was a great benefit. All together a good experience.”

“Excellent service from start to finish . Ordering via telephone enabled me to secure exactly the best arrangement for me , nothing was too much trouble . The platinum delivery guys Louis and Anthony were so efficient and helpful especially as there are 40 steps up to our property !! Everything was checked and they answered all my questions about the various arrangement possibilities with patience and consideration . Lovely to speak to fellow northerners down here in the south 👏”
