“The whole process was perfect from the purchase in store to the delivery of the furniture. Mark and Brian arrived bang on time, very efficient clean and tidy, carried furniture to back garden and out it exactly where we wanted”

“Dave H and Craig O were very professional and friendly. They took away my damaged furniture and put the replacements in place for me. They did have to take one footstool back as they discount was the wrong colour in the right colour box but said they would sort it out when returning it to you. Altogether an efficient delivery. Thank you.”

“This is just concerning the delivery. Leon and Nyall were excellent, courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient. The staff in the Cheltenham showroom were not well informed. when we visited. Long lead time”

“My 3rd purchase with MODA. Excellent communication for start to finish. I received a call an hour before delivery. Dave B and Steve D unpacked items and positioned my sun beds in my garden. All Packaging was taken away. Steve and Dave were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend MODA to anyone looking for good quality garden furniture.”

“Today I received my order of Windsor 3 seater, 2 arm chairs and long drinks table. I’m over the moon. The quality far exceeds my expectations and the cushions do not disappoint. So comfy. I’m now looking at the loungers lol. The delivery boys Dave B and Steve B rang me an hour before they were due to arrive and helped with the unpacking making sure everything was ok. They couldn’t do enough. Great lads. If You want excellent quality rattan furniture, this is the company to buy from. It may be a little more expensive but quality remains long after the price has been forgotten. I never write reviews but I needed to do this one.”
