“We bought a 6 piece furniture set the promised delivery date came and no furniture after several phone calls we were given 5 diferent delivery dates when the furniture finally arrived only half the furniture was delivered we were told the other half would be delivered in one week this did not happen that was 2 months ago we made several phone calls on one occasion we were told that the furniture was now in the warehouse and would be delivered in 2 days time that was several weeks ago we paid for the furniture in August its now November and this morning after phoning again we were told it will be January before we get the rest of the furniture in my opinion this company has the worst after sales and delivery service I have ever encountered and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Nyle and Leon arrived at the start of the delivery window and let me know 20 minutes before exactly when they were arriving. They quickly and efficiently unloaded the garden furniture and transferred it down the narrow passageway. Very quick and easy delivery.”

“The furniture, ordered in April, delivered in November! is very good, and the delivery guys, Paul & Mike were great. However two replacement items from the previous delivery were not sent, and the glass (fire pit) table is not symmetrical so the gap between the edge of the glass and the edge of the rattan table is not correct, however having contacted Moda they were very apologetic and immediately took action to rectify these issues, which is great customer service.”
