“I am happy with Modanisa the customer service was good.the refund number cut me off so went to sales team. Quick and easy returns with no questions asked. The material is very good quality.cheap prices when on sale and classy goods. The sizes are not accurate always read the item size before you buy.go for next size up the clothes are fitted and small sizes. Overall I was happy because it’s cheap to send back items you don’t like.”

“If I can give 0 stars I would. Please do NOT use this company!!!!!! They are frauds!!! If you are lucky enough to even RECEIVE your product, hold on to it and do not return it under any circumstances. If you proceed with a return they will keep the product AND YOUR MONEY!!!! They are a fake company!! They will refuse to refund your money! The sizes are sooo messed up. It’s like tossing a coin in the air, it may or may not fit you. Stay away from this company!! Honestly, it’s so disheartening because my mom and I were super excited to find a Muslim company with modest clothing as sometimes our options in the US are limited. It’s sad to see that a MUSLIM company is this fraudulent in behavior. THIS is what represents us and it does it so poorly. Religious aspect aside, I am still strongly condemning the unscrupulous behavior of this company as this is such a terrible way of treating customers and running a behavior.”

“Not even worth 1 star!!! Such a disappointment! Have been shopping from them for a couple years always had problems with sizes and refunds. They always refund less money, bought a dress and few other bits for £110 and neither was what it looked like online, got a refund of £75! I have been trying to get my money back for 9MONTHS!!! Every time they tell me they will get back to me but no one does! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Dont shop from them!”

“Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating. The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself . I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase. Thank you very much modanisa ,you are doing an excellent job.”

“Extremely frustrating. First they recorded and ordered delivery to the wrong address. Nobody was home at the wrong address, so they sent it back. I ordered in March, it is now June, and I still have no refund. I have waited nearly 2.5 months and they are making me wait indefinitely for a refund and are telling me they have not yet received the package and can only process the refund once they have the package. They refuse to give any sort of definite timeframe and simply expect me to wait for a refund indefinitely. Every customer service representative I speak to tells me something different: one says they've received the package and I will be issued a refund, the other says I can't get a refund because they don't have the package. When I request a confirmation in writing of what they tell me on the phone (so I don't have to go around in circles with every new phonecall), they refuse to do so. I do not recommend.”

“Very poor service .First order was lost in delivery and received the money back after a month and a half . Gave them another chance , Got some items from the site where they advertisd saying it will arrive before Eid and they express posted everything , do not fall for it that's a lie . They have resheduled my order for after Eid ,so no Eid clothes for me this year . P.s Dissapointing Support team , Never reply to the emails .”

“This is the first and the last time I will order something from them. They are not genuine. First of all, The dress I got was not the same as the picture, The belt was missing. And when I asked for refund, I was told that they would reduce 7.20 pound for express shipping plus 5pind for delivery. I paid 25 pound and what I would get back from them is 12 pounf which does not make sense especially that's not even my fault. I should be getting the full refund. Anyways I just advise people to stay away from ordering from thic company as they are joke. Will never get something from them.”

“Absolutely shocking ! How this company is trading and it's operational matters in the UK or elsewhere. Rip off Miselling 3for 2 offers doesn't match up with the basket total. Misrepresentation and deceiving customers. Also the discount they claim to offer ie 50% plus an additional 20% does not match up , they are overcharging and this is an abuse of the consumer rights . Please check yourself with the discounts they claim they offer it doesn't match up . I spoke to customer service and they say the managers not available . Please stay well away from this company”

“I ordered some crews and scarves. Which turned out a very bad quality. I ended up returning everything. It's been 3 weeks I am still waiting for refund. Chased customer service but everytime they say still chasing my account. This is the worst customer service I have ever came across in my life. Waste of money and time. Don't ever buy anything from them.”
