IT IS RUBBISH!they try to act like they have a wide range of clothes by adding the same clothes but with different colors, how pathetic. there modelling is horrendous. “These mother fuckers who running the web business from abroad is totally ripoff!!! They running the business for stealing people money , I order a few things in May 2020 which I never received!! I sent them email but they never replied, I also called the to their fake number. Every time I check my order status it says delivered. But this is false. They never delivered my order . I will ask all the people around the world not to be the next victim by purchasing from them..”

“What a horrible company. They are thief. I ordered Covered swimming suit for my daughter. It arrived quickly but quality was poor and item was nothing that i saw in the pictures. I paid for shipping and now for returning they ask double of the money what i paid. Please avoid this company. I would give them -5 if i could do.”

“I orderd a certain product and paid by visa In the day of shipping they changed the item by them selves based on what i dont know and send me something different rather than my original item and they want me to pay for returning the item back and wait for 45 days”

“Very very bad.. I do not recommend this website for anyone, cuz I had very bad experience from my first try, I ordered two items for my wife month ago, after three weeks got an email from shipment company said my parcel damaged, returned to main source, and I have to call main supplier. I phoned customer services three times, they was impolite, I asked for replacement, but they said the only solution is refund. But until now I have not receive that refund yet. It is horrible experience, wasting time, and cost me for international calls. Please, Read this review and think before ordering.”

“There service is very bad. I ordered my dress for Eid 1 month before the eid. The delivery time of the dress was 4-5 days. I got the dress after 1 1/2 month. I messaged and cancelled my order. Instead of cancelling the the order they sent me the dress and now they are charging me to return the dress. The quality of the dress is pathetic.”

“I am really disappointed about Modanisa, I have order many items and the delivery came late and I had 2 items with a fault, when I contacted them they said I will receive an email about couple of minutes and now still waiting and always when I contacte them they said you have to wait they play me because they don't want to make a refund for items with fault I am really upset and never happened to me with others companies please don't buy from them as their staff are rubbish.”

“I do not usually write reviews, but if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Probably the worst company I have ever bought from. From their slow delivery, to their shocking returns policy. I will never in my entire life order from them again. I wanted to return 3/4 items. And they charged me more for the shipping costs than the actual refund so there is no point in returning, I’d rather save myself the hassle of returning them. I wish I had read the reviews on this website earlier. It would’ve saved me a lot of trouble.”

“Very bad site. I ordered clothes worth $100 and i didn't receive it. I opened a case 4 times they keep closing it saying its delivered. It's been three months still no package. They are ripping people off don't buy from here! They never call back they never pickup. I wish there was a negative star i would given them negative 5.”

“This may be the worst company i have ever shopped at and recommend for everyone to AVOID this company at all costs. I ordered multiple items from them and when the order came, it was missing my Hijabi swimsuit that i PAID FOR. I kept emailing them about it for 5 months now and they just informed me that i must contact the carrier company to give them a form that something is missing (They only told me this now), i spoke with the carrier company and of course they said they will not provide it since its been so long, and Modanisa closed its ticket! Among the emails over this past 5 months, a few of them had a difference customer's information and name! i have no clue how they organize their ticket numbers but it seems they might have merged me with someone else as well! In All cases, they refuse to either re-send me the missing item or give me a refund! I will never order from such a company again in my entire life!”

So they took extra . There was no warning about exchange rate before payment ! I received some clothes that not like description or details as I ordered so I did return request. I waited for 1 week then I called them and i get surprised with them asking me to take it to aramex and pay return fees . I sent email to modanisa but no response. And did send another email again with no response. Days later I called the customer service to put my complain and they told me I will get a reply “ very soon” . Again it is almost 1 month and I called them again to talk to manager. They refused and they informed me the they will reply to me “ very soon” Modanisa has no transparency nor honesty . Not worth put money to their items as they are careless unprofessional with customers and you will receive a different item than what you ordered. And they will definitely take the customer money and waste your time trying to take your money back .”
