“Was very impressed with MODdisplays this week. My original order for a banner stand was lost by UPS and they bent over backwards to quickly reproduce the exhibit and get it sent to me in 2 days - in time for my show. Very grateful for the excellent service I received.”

“Customer service is great and ordering was easy. Our designer said the templates were awesome to use and was very impressed with them. Our sales team loves how easy it is to setup the booth. They have used many booths in the past and really like this one.”

“FAST... most vendors are asking for 1-2 month notice... as long as you are able to deliver them a Photoshop/InDesign work, they can get it delivered to you in a matter of ~10 days... no where else could do that”

“I received all I needed (help, information) immediately after contacting MOD displays. They have been the only one ever to send me the proof of not only the entire display but also some parts that had detailed design so I would be 100% confident in how our new display would look like. It was delivered before the requested due date and looks great. Thank you, MOD team!”

“I've been happy with the products offered and the purchashing process. The lady who reached out to answer questions and helped us choose what setup would be best for us was wonderful. Since purchasing I feel like MOD has dropped the ball on getting our design graphics over to us. Our purchase was made on April 7 and shortly after I submitted the graphics questionare. On April 19 I still hadn't heard anything from the desing departmant and reached out to our main contact, Sean Kerin. He responded that he would check and we should've heard something by now. Valerie sent me a proof later that day. On april 21 I reached out to her requestion a phone confernece to talk about the design and changes we wanted to make but I have yet to hear anything back from her. I am concerned at having the display completed and in our hands by our requsted deadline. I hope this can make a turn around and more progress be made in a more timely manner.”

“MOD works with their customers. Holy cow. I truly felt like I had 1-1 attention from not only their designer but from their account managers too. “The entire process was easy and fast, the roll up display looks great and the quality is high - very durable materials, nice storage case with carrying strap and handle. Heavier than I anticipated but I think that speaks to the quality of the materials used. Highly recommend.”
