“I searched a long time on what company and design I would invest in for my trade show setup. Here is what I discovered and why I am so incredibly satisfied with my decision to go with MOD Displays... 1. The customer service is above nearly all the other companies out there. Every person I dealt with at MOD was responsive, polite and helpful throughout every step in the process. I created a custom design based on one of their standard units and it required some "thinking outside the box"...they went the extra mile to make this work the way I wanted it to work. I could not wait to get off the initial phone call with most of the other companies out there. 2. The quality of the display is far above what I expected. We had seen several proofs, but the physical display was even better in person. We had a very attentive designer to make revisions to mix her design with my vision. Again, very professional with advice and attention to the project in a very timely manner. The graphics are very bright, on high quality fabric, slipped over a sturdy frame. We ordered the Wavelight series and those lights really make the display stand out! 3. The ease of setting up our display is rather incredible. You can do it with one person in around 45 minutes or less. Two people will make it even easier, but not necessary. Everything breaks down easily and fits inside the travel case...which becomes a small countertop at the show! There are stickers at each end to match up and quickly get the pieces attached correctly...small, unexpected detail that made setup painless and brainless. Hopefully you read this review and stop wasting time on further research. Just get the ball rolling with MOD and you will not regret it at all!”

“I am very impressed by the customer service and quality of our booth. Chris in particular has been extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The booth we received was exactly what we expected, and everything was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely use again, and recommend to anyone looking for a display.”

“I was under a time restraint ordering my booth, but the sales and design teams made it so easy to get what I needed in plenty of time for my trade show. Everything was done promptly and communication was excellent throughout the process. The price and service were great, and I would highly recommend MODdisplays.”

“I am extremely happy with our trade show booth from Mod Display. The service and commitment are outstanding! The quality of our booth is excellent, and we have shipped the booth all over the country. We recently had a problem, a couple of the connectors were lost, I called Mod Display after hours, and they returned the call in the morning. They shipped the missing pieces ASAP no questions asked even though we lost the connectors. I have yet to find a company that cares as much as Mod Display. They stand behind their products and their customers, and even when it was our fault they fixed the problem quickly. .”

“I have worked trade shows for the last 20 years. The improvements in display quality and design through Mod Displays is very evident. The process to order was very easy and the delivery was on schedule. Setup and tear down time for the wave display is very easy. I highly recommend Mod Displays.”

“Our first purchase with MOD Displays was in January 2015. We have received countless compliments on our trade show booth and have let anyone who has asked where we got it. My main concerns when purchasing the booth back in 2015 were flexibility, packability, weight, durability, and of course it needed to look fabulous. The bones of our Waveline 20x10 booth are still in great shape even after 4+ years and the cases are in great shape as well. We changed up our logo and colors a bit this year 2019 so we needed panel replacements. What can I say they are beautiful to the credit of Arielle Green Sr Graphic Designer at MOD Displays. As a side note Arielle worked on our first display as well. The table runners we had ordered back in 2015 were workhorses and could still be used today if not for the change up in logo & colors. Lastly, care for the fabric is easy. I throw them in the washer on cold using Tide & Downey. I hang them to dry and it doesn't take long at all. Great job MOD Team!”

“Overall, the customer experience was great and I am happy with the products we purchased. However, my Last name was incorrect on all the packages and emails; Mod Displays forgot to send out the Podium with my kit and I did not receive it until after the Tradeshow; To their credit, this was a last minute order and packages were sent very quickly. I also realized that there were two typos on both my banner stands and now Ill have to order reprints.”
