“I am very pleased with the fast production and overall product that we just utilized at an expo. The MOD staff were great and very quick to respond and help. I think MOD should do a better job on QC when it comes to packing and shipping etc. We had slightly damaged boxes and a (knife cut) fabric bag on delivery. The top of the table had slightly damaged corners etc. I would focus on out the door (slow down and take the time) to make sure your products are better packed for shipping IMO.”

“The cloth display is hard to zip up because the vertical poles fall out. The plastic boxes have no mechanism to secure the lids and are completely unusable for shipping. We had to scramble to buy a suitable shipping box to put them in. Also, the podium built from the boxes is very wobbly.”

“The display looks amazing. All of the art turned out great. The problem is in the display being set up and the sheets get tucked into the track around the edge. The last side won't stay tucked in when you go to pull it tight. You can see it in the attached picture at the bottom.”

“Excellent. They had my runner printed and shipped within 24 hrs. The designers were super helpfull in making sure my AI files were right. They shipped everything out fast and it looks AMAZING!!! Thank you Mod Displays.”

“A great company to work with. We were impressed with everything from start to finish. Easy art proofs, they provided a great 3D rendering of our design which was very helpful. The graphics person Michael was excellent to work with as well. The product came before we requested its arrival. We set everything up in our show room and it looks amazing! Our leadership team was blown away by the quality. We can't wait to show it all off in Vegas!”

“The process was very easy and I received my two items quicker than anticipated. The only hiccup was that I didn't receive a tracking number for my display, but when I called about it, it shipped that day and I had it in two days. MODdisplay was very easy to work with and answered questions promptly.”

“Some of your team needs to communicate better. Ian stated we would need to pay for faster shipping. While working with Dan, I had to follow up with him due to no communication and then at the bottom of his email stated if we had everything done and approved by 02/09/24 we would meet the shipping window. We did as I moved things along but Ian still made us pay for fast shipping. Customer service needs to be more of a focus!”
