“I am extremely pleased with the service and dedicated of the MODdisplay Staff. Kelly Feller (customer service) and Michael Varner (graphics) were excellent to work with. The booth turned out beautiful with help from Michael. I will order from MODdisplay again with confidence in the product and service.”

“1. I thought the white color could be whiter. It was off-white and had some bleed from the other colors. 2. The podiums are very flimsy and the plastic containers are of poor quality. 3. Set up was easy. 4. The team was very easy to work with and responsive. 5. Kelly was very good!”

“Kelly was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to work with. She helped us get everything together on a tight deadline and made any adjustments we needed quickly. She single-handedly made this a great experience and our booth came out better than we could have imagined.”

“Love the new Igniter LED lit wall it turned out beautiful. The Illumination really brought the graphics to life. I will be ordering more in the near future. The service was very quick and the service team was both friendly and helpful. The wall was delivered earlier than the deadline date provided, which was a wonderful surprise. Job well done!”

“Loved the booth. Hated the shipping procedure followed. Improper paperwork and extremely delayed dispatch. Booth reaches the venue city customs only on the day of the event. Had to struggle to get the booth delivered on time.”

We are very happy to hear you loved your booth. In regards to your shipping procedure concerns, we apologize for any confusion. When shipping within the United States, most orders deliver very quickly with little effort needed. With international shipments like this one (Singapore) there is a heightened risk of running into unforeseen customs delays. Fortunately, we were able to work together to update both shipper and receiver information so that this booth made it through customs in Singapore to deliver in time for the event. “The team at MODdisplays made ordering a new TradeShow Booth super easy. They helped me make sure my graphics were going to turn out perfect and I was very pleased with how everything turned out. 10/10 recommend!”

“My experience with Mod displays was very good. I've yet to debut it at a trade show, but we have one coming up we're very excited about. Kelly Feller and Peyton O'Donoghue handled my account/design upload. They were very helpful in tailoring a tradeshow display that met our lightweight requirements and space limitations. They also assisted double-checked our artwork for free to ensure that our print quality was excellent. The display was easy to put together. The THIRDHOME Marketing team couldn't be more thrilled. “I'm incredibly happy with the customer service I received every step of the way from MODdisplays, from my shopping to to purchase stage. They answered every single question I had, helped with any and all revisions, were incredibly prompt when they needed to be, but also let me take my time at certain stages--not pushy. I purchased a 10x20 One Fabric display for a client and had hesitations about how it would turn out because it was a new booth style for us. As soon as we set it up at our home show, my hesitations disappeared; the quality is great, it's easy to set up and take down, and the colors are true to my design. Thanks MODdisplay team.”

“The process of ordering and approving the proof was extremely easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience before receiving the finished product. Once the finished product was received, turned out perfect. Perfect print finish. Very easy to assemble. Couldn't of asked for anything more.”
