“Great product made out of of great materials and easy to use. Great response time and customer service. Really strangely sized and awkward carrying cases included with the product.”

“I am very pleased with the fast production and overall product that we just utilized at an expo. The MOD staff were great and very quick to respond and help. I think MOD should do a better job on QC when it comes to packing and shipping etc. We had slightly damaged boxes and a (knife cut) fabric bag on delivery. The top of the table had slightly damaged corners etc. I would focus on out the door (slow down and take the time) to make sure your products are better packed for shipping IMO.”

“Working with MODdisplays was quick and easy, and the product that was delivered was great quality and looked just like our proof. Our display arrived without the hardware for hanging the monitor, but the MOD team was friendly and quick to fix the issue.”

“The tube is well made and perfect for my needs. But increasing the price by $50 in a month's time was a bit much”

“The 5' walls of our display (even when connected to the 10' wall section) sagged considerably. Both 5' walls need additional support from the upper corners to the feet.”

“Product and customer service is great. The only issue is that the graphics specks would be WAY EASIER in a .psd file set to the right size with the guides built in rather trying to work with a .pdf.”

“Our tablecloths look great, feel great, logo and wording is correct and arrived in a timely fashion! We have not had the opportunity to use them yet. We hope they can withstand the wear and tear of our department. Thank you!”

“Easy to work with, crazy-fast delivery. Their virtual mock-up proof is cool. Booth was easy to assemble, and looks exactly as I expected. Only thing bad was that many of the plastic end-caps in the tubular pieces arrived broken. Will be contacting them for replacements. Overall a MOD offers a very slick service...easy and quick.”

“Overall very happy with our MODdisplays experience. The booth itself is very nice, however there seems to be just one or two stability concerns with the display shelves - although nothing major to be concerned about. Sean Kerrin and Jarrett Lambert were absolutely awesome helping with some snags that we ran into, including the wrong shelves being sent for our info booth and a minor misprint (turned out to be our fault) on the main backdrop. They were prompt with every concern and completely accommodating to help. 5/5 for them, Probably would have still had a positive impression anyways, but I NEVER write reviews (good or bad) and I'm writing a review because they were great.”

“Overall, the customer experience was great and I am happy with the products we purchased. However, my Last name was incorrect on all the packages and emails; Mod Displays forgot to send out the Podium with my kit and I did not receive it until after the Tradeshow; To their credit, this was a last minute order and packages were sent very quickly. I also realized that there were two typos on both my banner stands and now Ill have to order reprints.”

“The flooring was easy to pack and traveled well to a couple conferences already. The flooring seems to be more durable than I expected. The ordering process was easy and all my questions were answered including a call back to follow up on one of my questions. The shipment was received within the specified time. “Loved the booth. Hated the shipping procedure followed. Improper paperwork and extremely delayed dispatch. Booth reaches the venue city customs only on the day of the event. Had to struggle to get the booth delivered on time.”

We are very happy to hear you loved your booth. In regards to your shipping procedure concerns, we apologize for any confusion. When shipping within the United States, most orders deliver very quickly with little effort needed. With international shipments like this one (Singapore) there is a heightened risk of running into unforeseen customs delays. Fortunately, we were able to work together to update both shipper and receiver information so that this booth made it through customs in Singapore to deliver in time for the event. “The team is very collaborative - one backs up the other if someone out of town.. Turnaround time is great One problem on latest purchase is that display was missing a pole to hold it up - but thankfully we were in Vegas and a local rep brought one to the hotel, so tragedy averted. While that was another issue to run down - your team delivered so I appreciate the sense of urgency and everyone seems to care quite a bit - I love it.”
