“The rug arrived very tightly rolled with creases that refuse to settle and smooth out. The item was of poorer quality than one would expect for the price. Very disappointed with the purchase and would not recommend the product or Modern Rugs UK - Graeme Chatham.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're very sorry to hear you are not happy with the condition your rug has arrived to you. Our rugs are packaged tightly in thick plastic packaging to ensure they remain in brand new condition for delivery. They should flatten out naturally upon un-rolling. “Multiple emails, not explaining dates or time of delivery Ignored last email saying we were away, and please don’t send rug. Returned from holiday to find the rug dumped in the front garden. Luckily it wasn’t damaged.”

“I first bought a rug and my card was charged but after a week, no order updates. I called and they had no record of my order. It then took them a week to find it and contact me. The rug was then sold out so I received it almost 2 months after I ordered it. Brutal service.”
