“when i received my rug, i unrolled it to find a crease across the rug. i know it hadnt been rolled up correctly and should have returned it but i thought by laying it flat the crease would come out. that was a few weeks ago but unfortunately it hasnt come out altogether so am a bit disappointed”

Our rugs are packaged tightly in thick plastic packaging to ensure they remain in brand new condition for delivery. They should flatten out naturally upon un-rolling. “good rugs, good site and good response. However I was told my rug was out of stock until 29/3, I was going to choose another rug only to be told today 18/2 its on its way!”

“Annoying that the rug was listed as in stock on the website when I placed the order but wasn’t and arrived more than a month later. In these circumstances I think payment should only be taken on dispatch not when the order is delayed so heavily. However communication was good and I love the rug.”
