“The rug is fine but the service was terrible. When ordered the website said it was in stock, then a few days later I got an email to say it wasn't in stock and was given a new guaranteed delivery date, then this happened again so had a very long wait for this item. It would not be so bad if they did not take your money immediately you place the order, they should wait until they dispatch the goods in my opinion.”

“We are delighted with our Modern Rug. It arrived 2 days earlier than we expected which was a bonus. We had seen this design when we were on holiday, and were very pleased that it was exactly as we remembered. We also found the service we received when ordering it exemplary!”

“Blown away by the speed and quality of delivery of this rug. I couldn't find a cheaper rug anywhere, I was expecting weeks for delivery but it was only a matter of days! Easily traceable through shipping. Would 200% use this website again. Thank you Modern rugs!”

“These rugs are well made and robust but are also well designed. The colours are good. The rugs were despatched promptly and were well wrapped and secure. The reasonable prices make this an attractive option for web-based shopping. Would recommend this company to any potential customer.”
