“Sadly the rug that was sent which was a replacement was of poor quality- no pile at all and the colour was different was the previous two l had ordered. Very disappointed and can’t use the rug at all”

“Rug wasn’t at all as it looked in the image on the website, it looked very cheap when arrived. Although they do accept returns, it is at your own cost-£25 to return a medium sized rug! Although I wasn’t happy with my purchase, I found their customer service to be good.”
