“The rug is really lovely”

“Incorrect sized rug delivered. Incorrect rug delivered a second time but substantially damaged. Incorrect rug delivered on a new order. No delivery of an under mat, then a previous returned one redelivered but damaged. Incorrect refund on second order. Would not recommend or use this company again. The only positive is that Karen is helpful and sympathic when you call the help desk.”

“Excellent customer service. My item wasn't in stock when I ordered but they sent me an email to explain the situation and gave me the option to either cancel or have it sent when they would have the item in stocknow. They gave me an estimated time and the item was duly delivered on that day.”

“We enjoyed our new rug a lot as it easy to move around when we need to open the couch, lovely colours , great design the only drawback is that it is harder vacuum because we chose the no backing option”

“Bought two matching rugs from Modern Rugs, which I am very happy with? A bit pricey but nevertheless they look good and if they are hard wearing and stay stain free then I will be extremely happy with them. I would certainly buy again from them as I had no problem with the service which was fairly quick considering these items were ordered so close to Xmas. They also have a huge variety of rugs so suit every taste. I would recommend them and have done to my friends and family.”

“Although I was quoted delivery of 5-7 days, I was notified after payment that delivery would be over 2 months. Although communication has since been good the website is still quoting 5-7 days for the same product. I have been asked to write a review but will not receive my rug for at least another 6 weeks.”
