“Modern Rugs were very prompt in sending my rug but it was the wrong one. Still a lovely rug though with gorgeous colours and thick soft wool pile. I realised my room was too small for the vibrant rug I had ordered so had to cancel my order and there was no problem in giving me a prompt refund.”

“Very poor communication, Had to wait almost 2 months for the item, which upon arrival was of very very poor quality, same day requested a return and refund which we were told we would have to pay the return cost, which was not cheap.”

“I am not happy with the quality of the rug. I really want to return it. I should have got in touch sooner but I had hassle with work and I was then away on holiday. It is not as it should be in several areas. One area the fibres are not complete and in another area the wrong colour is showing.”
