“The quality of the carpet is magnificent, the, delivery came earlier than expected and that was less than a week after the order. The packaging was very protective, but not to difficult to unravel. I would use this website again and would recommend it to all my friends and family.”

“Originally ordered a rug which I then wanted to change. Customer service sorted that instantly. The new rug I ordered was out of stock but I was regularly kept updated with the status of the rug’s whereabouts and delivery. Rug eventually arrived and is just gorgeous. We ordered the mint desire rug in beige. It’s given the magic oomph to the room and is such amazing quality. Deep pile and cosy. Will be ordering again for further rooms.”

“Unfortunately not good delivery service. I paid extra to have a Saturday delivery, made arrangements so that there was always someone at home on the day indicated by the courier....and then the rug arrived on the Monday afterwards. Luckily my neighbour was at home and kindly accepted the delivery (they weren't obliged to of course). The courier was obviously uncontactable throughout this whole saga. Don't pay extra for Saturday delivery - it won't happen.”
