“The problem is that each of the rugs advertised innthe catalogue proved to be out of stock. Whether this is a -articular instance or a business plan which involves odering st0ck according to specific demand is hard to ascertain.”

“No use as it’s larger than the measurements stated. After calling to return it (it was too long for the hall) I was told that I would have to return it at my own expense, despite the size difference. Apparently, there can be up to a 5% size difference... which stated is on their website in the facts section (so I was told after not being able to find this info) Not good enough and this should have been made explicitly clear on the purchase page.”

“The rug is beautiful and quality described as per website. However customer service is very bad, a few weeks after purchasing on the website I was notified the item was out of stock. I also requested my order be cancelled as the new expected delivery date was too late. However my emails were ignored.”
