“I am very happy with my outdoor rug the one I wanted wasn’t available after ordering and paying for which was annoying, but I swapped the colour and they sent out another one. Customer derive was very good.”

“After deliberating for ages about the kind of rug we wanted for the lounge we’re really pleased with our choice. The rug arrived as advised and was fully protected for the journey. The colours are amazing as is the quality and depth of weave. Will definitely recommend and buy from here again.”

“As an older person and not good with the computer, I phoned your company and spoke to one of your ladies who was so helpful nothing was to much trouble for her to get my rug sorted she was very caring and sorted it all out for me and I received my rug very quickly with no fuss a great member of staff and a fantastic rug at a very very good price Mrs Giles herne bay Kent .”

“Modern Rugs itself great, but let down by having to deal with the UPS delivery service. Paid for Saturday delivery, on the day nothing, and two further attempts to deliver on weekdays when I wasn't in. Wary of ordering again unless ability to change delivery service.”

“The customer service first of all is excellent, very prompt to answer and efficient. The rugs I ordered arrived within a reasonable time period, quality exactly as described and I was most impressed with the trueness of colour when compared with website photos. Definitely use again!”
