“I ordered a 'Teddy' rug. It arrived promptly and was lovely and soft. It is the 2nd or 3rd I've ordered from Modern Rugs in about 5 years. The Teddy rugs are excellent at thresholds and as a foot mat in front of chairs to save wear on carpets. Keep them in stock Modern Rugs!”

“The rug was not the colour shown on their website and despite me sending clear photo's as evidence, the company refused to accept the evidence and made me pay for the return. the company states on their website that the average cost of returns is £9. You couldn't return a doormat for this price. I had to pay £86. to return my rug through their recommended couriers. I will never use this company again.”

“I ordered the Hudson beige/ivory rug 140 x 200 - it's a lovely rug at a reasonable price. The pile is thick and soft and I would say it is a champagne colour. It catches the light to luxurious effect. It arrived quickly and well wrapped - I gave it a day to fluff up properly and I am very happy with this beautiful rug. The customer service at Modern Rugs is excellent - they look after you.”

“I ordered 3 rugs which were all in stock online to then be told 3 weeks later that one of the rugs I had ordered was no longer available. And to get all of my rugs it took over 3 weeks.”
