“Front room looked bare when our old rug had to go. We were recommended Modern Rugs for quality, variety and efficiency. Very happy all round, especially with the suggestion of the non-slip underlay as this has made the rug safe and sit properly on the wooden floor. Good result, not expensive and very prompt service. Thank you Modern Rugs UK!”

“We were bit worried to order a rug just from a photo. At the end all was good. The whole process went smoothly from order to delivery and we are pleased with the rug. I would suggest some care instructions to be delivered with the rug. There were none and it is a woolen one.”

“Ordered rug and it took a few days bfre I was advised that the item was out of stock. I was offered a refund, but deckded to wait for item. Rug has now arrived and am very happy with it, so all right in the end!”

“Item ordered and delivered very promptly. Exactly as shown on website. Very pleased with this item and would definitely use Modern Rugs again. Had been a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews but all unfounded.”

“The rug arrived tightly folded and plastic wrapped. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for it to un-link and go flat, it should have been wound on a cardboard tube to avoid tight folds. Most frustrating.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're very sorry to hear of the problems you have encountered with your rug. The rug you purchased is a very thin flatweave rug, this can extend the length of time your rug takes to flatten out naturally. You can speed this process up by ironing the reverse of your rug. You should place a tea towel over the backing of the rug and then use the steam iron on top of the tea towel, to iron out the creases. “My computer was playing up when I ordered my rug and I ordered 2 in error. It was too late to ring but the next day it was dealt with immediately and a refund given straight away. The rug arrived about 8 days later and the colours were exactly the same as on the website. Excellent.”
