“The order took longer to arrive than indicated and I had to chase them for an update. They then delivered the wrong rugs. They wouldn't collect and replace at the same so I cancelled the order. However, the refund was made within the published timescale.”

“Hi, we were attracted to your lovely website because you have an excellent variety of very different rugs. Our rug arrived quickly and it's lovely in so many ways but feels a little flimsy. It's starting to curl at the edges a bit. I guess we were expecting a heavier thicker rug but we will keep it because of the design. It's very colourful with what looks like paint splashes as the design!”

“I have never had such appalling service, including the wrong sized rug sent sent twice on two different orders, returned items being delivered back to my home address delaying my refunds, wrong delivery days and failure to return items together and delayed refunds.”

“Really poor experience unfortunately. Rug I bought was promised to be delivered within a month, got sold out with a promised to be delivered within another month delay and it turns out that order with the producer has never been put in place with more delays. Quality of the rug is poor too. Maybe because of the material, it does not sit flat on the floor create uneven surface everytime something or someone is on the too of it.”
