“Amazing range of rugs and sizes available along with great customer service. When the size i wanted wasn't in stock, I filled in a quick contact us form and received an email letting me know it would be in stock in 6 weeks. Placed my order and it was shipped as soon as it came into stock. To add to this once the order was placed, they emailed explaining again that it wouldn't be in stock for 6 weeks. They then sent links to several other rugs which were similar and in stock if i wasn't willing to wait. It came when they said it would without any issues. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Modern Rugs and will 100% be using them again.”

“Loved my rug. Colour and design perfect. Got informed on delivery day. Would have liked a time slot from UPS. Just had to wait in all day. But that’s the only complaint.”

“Superb delivery, very well wrapped and we live our new rug!!! Celestial sea life rug fits modern contemporary interior however it could equally be at home in a traditional home. The colours mean in co ordinates with anything we introduce.”

“Order rug just under £300 arrived damaged and dirty, was offered a return but the returns process isn't that simple as the rug is very difficult to repackage and you have to wait in all day for a courier.”

“Lovely rug. Great selection of rugs on the website. Liked the fact that included in the dimensions of the rug was the depth - essential when taking clearance of doors into account. Delivery information was excellent and arrived on the specified day. Great service!”

“Design is very good and colour as well but all the time wool comes off when i hoover i thought will stop after some days but still not stop. Dont like it and its already 14 days so cant return as well. Not happy”
