“Great choice of rugs to suit all budgets. I ordered 2 rugs and 1 hall runner, all of which were as described. Great quality products and reasonable prices. Prompt delivery too. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service received from Modern Rugs UK.”

“I bought a rug from Modern Rugs and I was very pleased with the delivery unfortunately it wasn’t quiet the colour I wanted but returning it was no problem at all with quick refund I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future”

“The rug I ordered turned up and it was nothing like the pictures. Really Bad quality and a completely different colour. I was reimbursed for the rug but not the postage (which was £15) even though the rug they sent was not as per the picture. Very very disappointed.”

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. Looking at your order I can see we arranged to collect the rug from you. Your order for the rug was refunded in full back to you, minus the postage charge to Isle of Man as the delivery was still completed. It is within our Returns Policy that delivery fees cannot be refunded.
