“Was a lovely rug.but colour online deceiving looked red online but more raspberry colour.so as I was looking for a definite red I had to return. No problem returning and got refund within a few days of returning.”

“Very very pleased with the rug I ordered, exactly like the picture, good quality and just about perfect. Customer Service very good, I kept changing my mind on which rug I wanted and customer service immediately cancelled my order and I was refunded on the spot. No question. I will certainly use Modern Rugs when I need another rug.”

“We bought a large pile rug and it met all our expectations, we usually buy a new rug annually and will be shopping here for our next one guaranteed. Standard Delivery took a little longer than anticipated but this wasn’t an issue, maybe consider paying for express delivery at checkout if you’re in a rush.”
