“I have purchased a Diva White Rug. There is no cleaning instructions on the web site and also on the carpet.Back side of the carpet is grey color. Carpet is %100 polyester. when i washed it in cold water it became blue. Manufacturing mistake.”

“Rugs ok but delivery complete shambles. Took two weeks and the rugs ended up being delivered separately and left outside my house.”

“Although my latest order was delayed a few days beyond my expected delivery date I was notified and kept abreast of the situation and it arrived on the new date given. This is the third time I've used Modern rugs and they've never disappointed beautiful quality.”

“I have ordered two rugs which were out of stock and it took several days before I was notified of the problem. My second choice of one of the rugs I am very pleased with. The other one will not be in stock for six weeks not sure yet whether I want to wait”

“I went to return my rug for a bigger size , returns are not included . So I went to multiple carriers and they all said it would cost me over 100 euros just to ship back . Not worth the purchase”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you found the returns process frustrating. We are currently mid-development of building a return service into our website. Customers will be able to arrange collection from any address to be returned to our warehouse and the fee will simply be deducted from the refund or exchange. As a guideline, an average size rug (120 x 180cm) can be returned from within the UK for approximately £9 using a courier such as Parcel2go or MyHermes. “Wrong item supplied initially after 10 week wait (rather than the 10-14 days specified on website!) with no communication about the delay until I chased it. Correct item very good when we finally got it some 13 weeks after initial order but customer service is very poor.”
