“Rug wasnt how it seemed in the image online. Thought it would be thicker more plush and better quality but for the price, we cant complain. Still looks good in our room. Delivery was on time.”

“Whilst I like the quality of the rug, the colour is absolutely nothing like it looks in the picture on the website and neither is the description of the colour accurate in the write up. It is described as blue, but in real life it is a dark teal green. (I have asked several people their view on the colour and they have all said green). I would have returned this rug, but I had it privately delivered to my home in Spain and it was too expensive to send it back.”

“I wanted something to bring together other colours in the room.This is really good. Delivery was quick and the rug does the job. It was well priced for it's sixe ( 2m x3m) and does the job. I would use modern rugs again.”

“I have repeatedly rung and sent emails (as instructed on their phone message) to this company to organise a return and exchange. I had an automatic response saying that they hoped to reply in 2 hours. Since then, weeks have gone by with further emails, none of which have been replied to. I won't return the rug because I don't trust them to carry out the refund and I certainly don't want to risk buying anything else from a company that places so little value on customer relations. This should be a no star rating.”

With regard to the return of the rug for an exchange, an email was sent with the information on how to return the rug for an exchange. This arrangement is down to the customer as explained on our returns information.
