“Choosing a pricey large wool rug from an online image and description is a daunting task but after lots of deliberation I made my choice and was not disappointed. The whole process went smoothly and my rug is gorgeous, looks fabulous, and really makes the room. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Modern Rugs.”

“The website is easy to navigate around and the prices are the lowest in comparison to other retailers. After I placed my order, I was informed about the out of stock issue and offered a choice of refund or other rugs, I decided to wait. Then they restocked my order and it was delivered within few weeks. The product arrived in good condition and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Ordered this rug, very good quality but not the colour we desired ( We changed our minds ) so we returned the rug and ordered another one we had seen, refunded for first rug, no problems and soon received second rug very good quality as well, overall very good service, quality , would recommend”

“The rug is good. It has been rolled and is taking a long time to straighten out. At the moment we have put it underneath another rug to see if the weight will help.. Have read other reviews that experienced the same. Suggest you use a cardboard cylinder to support the rug in transit.”

“I am very happy with them. My first order was unsuccess because the product had been discontinued then I had to choose another design. But their response was very quick and even gave me the 10% discount. I am happy about the product as well. I can recommend anyone this company.”

“Rug was damaged when I took delivery, took over 2 week to process a refund after originally claiming the rug had not been returned, this was despite me providing the UPS tracking number which proved date, time and who signed for the return.”
