“I have now purchased 2 large buddy rugs as I'm a childminder and the fact that these are washable is amazing! Not only are they cosy for the kids to sit on and look fab they are very easy to clean.... Highly recommend these to anyone”

“Extremely happy with all aspects of dealing with Modern Rugs from start to finish - thoroughly recommended. I checked many sites and with their offer was by far the best value. I was kept informed each stage of the way for the delivery and the rug and underlay was packaged very well.”

“Awful service, waited 8 weeks for a rug that never arrived..initially because they had forgotten to place order from Germany. Still didn't arrive....no explanation or apology, just a refund. Don't use modern rugs.”

Good Morning Lisa We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the service that has been provided to yourself. Looking at your order I can see this was due to the delivery lead time being 10 - 14 working days and we were unable to expedite this. As explained via email, the rug you ordered comes to us from Germany which is why we have the longer lead time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
