“I was very happy with the selection available but still shopped around to get the best possible price for my rug as it was available from other suppliers - but Modern Rugs UK remained the cheapest, it was easy to order and delivery was within the 10-14 days. Very happy with the rug :)”

“Online support was really helpful when I was choosing underlay to go with my rug. Rug choice was excellent - I wanted something with red and grey for my bathroom and found the very thing. Delivery was fast, packaging great and rug was perfect. Thoroughly recommend.”

“The rug I ordered was out of stock, but someone called to offer, alternatives, or a refund. It was a really attentive service, so I said I was happy to wait. The rug arrived a couple of days later. This was without doubt the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Would recommend.”

“Great selection of rugs, website was super easy to navigate! Speedy delivery and the rug is AMAZING. The colours are so vibrant and it’s so soft, took a day or two to flatten out but really pulls my room together. Looks exactly as advertised, and the colours are so great.”
