“The rug was good quality but it took you a while to process my order and it was impossible to get hold ofyou on the phone.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Customer service is very important to us and its something we're always looking to improve. “This is a very honest and up-front company, sorted out a problem within a couple of hours. Delivery of my rug within 3 days. The choice of rugs and sizes is also really good!”

“Very pleasant service from modern rugs but delivery by ups was terrible said they had called when they hadn't took 3 attempts and calls to their customer service people before rug was finally delivered then it was 1 1/2 hours late told by driver the van had broken down even though as I tracked item they said they had tried to deliver at 10.30 am a blatant lie as I had sat awaiting delivery. I paid extra for delivery before noon but wish I had not bothered service extremely poor. Valerie Binns”

“Really pleased with the whole experience. Unsure at first, especially when rug was out of stock after I'd paid. But, we were kept fully informed, with options and decided to wait for new stock. It arrived really quickly. The rug is fabulous and cheaper than John Lewis! What's not to like? Thank You Modern Rugs.”

“I love the new polypropylene rug that I bought for my lounge from Modern Rugs. It's bright, hardwearing and so easy to use either vacuum or carpet washer. I would like to say here that I notice many new rugs claim to be made of New Sealand wool. This would be all right except for one important reason: all NZ lamb is Halal Slaughtered for Muslims, isn't labelled as being so and is therefore put in front of the world as a perfectly acceptable product when it clearly is NOT.”

“We were very impressed with the fast delivery service. The rug itself is lovely and we are very happy with it. Slightly concerned that there appeared to be a fault in the weave when we unrolled it, but it looked like it was an effect of being packed and it was easily corrected with some slight brushing. I would definitely use this company again.”
