“The rug looks exactly like it did online and it arrived in very good time. Cannot mark very good as Iam decorating and have not used it yet. However the quality looks to be of a high standard.”

“Lovely colour kite runner, looked smart to start with but disappointingly it has started to pull in places, which I have never had a problem with, with my other brand of jute rugs, in far more high traffic areas of the house. (This particular rug lives on the landing where the spare room is, so barely used) not able to upload the picture.”

“Not as thick as expected and very slippery. When walked on you can feel the bumpy material at the base of the rug. Very disappointed considering I paid £90 for it.”

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear your rug doesn't meet your expectations. The polar range has a long soft pile, however, is not the densest of piles. We do a rug named Montana which is similar in length and colour but is much denser giving a fuller body and more luxurious feel.
