“Ordered a rug just under £300 arrived damaged and dirty, pretty sure it wasn't brand new. customer service only offered refund but the returns policy isn't that simple as you have to arrange courier and wait in all day. The rug is also big and heavy so difficult to repackage. The rug its self would have been nice but disappointed paying that much for a less that perfect product.”

“We had no problems in ordering and delivery of the requirerd rug and after receipt decide it was not suitable. Returning the rug was done in an easy fashion, with no problems from the Modern Rugs people, all was expedited quickly and would definitely use again.”

“Brilliant rug! Came promptly, great quality, looked exactly as expected so pictures are true to life. Obviously for the good price it’s synthetic not natural fibre but that’s fine by me still feels lovely. The anti slip is very useful too. I would recommend this website and the rug.”

“I am very happy with the rug I received. The delivery takes a bit of time, but with the rug itself I have nothing to say. It is as I exepected, very nice, good quality. If I knew I would just have take a bigger size to fit my flat but love it.”
