“I absolutely love my rug. It was bought for a landing upstairs which was very plain and white. The rug brightens and cheers that space perfectly. I smile every time I see it. The underlay was a wise choice too.”

“The rug that was delivered looked completely different to what was advertised. Refused to pay for postage to send back as they said I had changed my mind but the rug was faulty/false advertisement. Very disappointed, rubbish customer service will never buy from them again.”

“Very poor customer service, i couldn't find an email address for customer services themselves so had to email sales who then didn't forward on my email when asked. The rug was of poor quality so i asked for a refund to be told that it was very clear on their website that you are entitled to a refund but you have to pay for the cost of returning the item via a reputable courier. I supplied images of the pages from Google i used to buy the product and not one said that i was responsible for paying for return postage. The item page even states you are free to return the item just notify them. I've had no further correspondence trying to recitify this. I'm not using them again and if you are in any doubt about the product just be mindful that you will have to pay the return cost.”
