“I have given 4 stars because the rug is good quality and very heavy. However I had expected a brown shade and received a practically white shade. Customer service were very kind and explained it was their perception of the colour but I do think that perhaps they should provide samples as the website colour does look brown. However that said I kept the rug and put it in my bedroom and ordered a brown rug from elsewhere for I must say less than half of what |I'd paid for this rug.”

“I ordered a rug from this website, but when the rug arrived it was a completely different colour to the one on the photos. Not even slightly diffferent shade, a totally different colour. When contacting them I was told I could return the rug, but at my own expense.”

“I received the rug quickly and efficiently and it was safely packaged. It is perfect for the room and I am so happy with the quality and colours, it matches perfectly and I would definitely use Modern Rugs again. Superb!”
