“This is such a great find. I wish I needed more rugs! There were several beautiful rugs I had to choose from and found it quite hard to make my mind up. However, the one I finally bought is fantastic and everything about the company is very good. I ordered online but was able to talk to someone in the office when I had a question. Excellent delivery service too. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered a Runner, which was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I did not keep the runner as it was too long for my room, However, Modern Rugs dealt with my return swiftly. I would recommend them and I will use then again in the future.”

“I ordered my rug and it took modern rugs a week to let me know it was out of stock and that was only after I called to find out when it would be delivered. I then had to wait a further 6 weeks for it to come back into stock. The rug is exactly as it looks in the pictures, but I’ve eaten thicker pancakes! It’s extremely thin, and curls up at the edges. Had I known how poor quality the rug was I wouldn’t have purchased it.”
