“I live with my brother (Mario) & his wife our energy bill is always high.its not weatherized & it doesn't even have all the screens,or a screen door. Everything that is done around here is because of my brother. I receive disability & food stamps . We are struggling month to month. It would be such a blessing to do this for them but on our own we can't from month to month we struggle . I don't know if the landlord would even allow us to improve her jus .t I don't see why not but. And it just seems as if she doesn't care it's not her pg&e being turn off.im just trying to help out in any way I can”

“Modernize my help me because the windows I have in my home I have to buy nasty every year take every year and then when still come to the house so I need new windows in my home to save my heat am I want to be a scan go down I know my windows be happy come my pocket will be and I want to be able to get a a grant to get me some windows”
